Homebirth or Birth Center birth includes all prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum care up to 6-8 weeks following delivery. Package excludes certain testing & procedures.

FERTILITY

Conception or contraceptive appointment based on your individual family planning needs. Cost of labs not included.

PRENATAL OR POSTPARTUM VISIT

Individual prenatal or postpartum appointment for those not having a birth with Tooele Midwifery. Cost of labs and procedures not included.

LACTATION

Lactation visit to assist with nursing difficulties and offer recommendations to support your feeding journey.

IUD REMOVAL

IUD removal following negative pregnancy test in-office.

WELL-BODY CARE

May include physical, pelvimetry, breast exam, nutrition and overall reproductive health options. Cost of labs not included.

PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
